1. ABHYANGAM
(Basic full body herbal oil Massage)
This is a basic full body Ayurveda Massage therapy with Luke warm herbal oil, which enhances proper circulation of body fluids like blood, lymph. Relaxes and rejuvenates the body and the mind.
2. BASPA SWEDANA
(Medicated Steam Bath after body massage)
A special therapy in Ayurveda advised to detoxify the body and to reduce the aches and pains in body and tissues. In this unique herbals are added to water and the steam from that is applied to body for 10 minutes after body massage. It is highly recommended for arthritis.
3. UZHICHIL
(Traditional Sports Massage with herbal oil)
This is specialized therapy by applying pressure on the vital points and muscles. The therapist applies pressure with fingers, thumb or palm at certain points having high concentration of life energy. This treatment is good for overworked, tired, stressed muscles to help stretch the body and alleviate the fatigue.
4. PODIKKIZHI
(WARM HERBAL COMPRESS)
This is a versatile treatment in Ayurveda Therapy. In this special herbal powder is mixed with medicines and warmed tied into bags, This poultice will make warm with or without herbal oil and applied to all over body especially the Joints.
This therapy is good for reliving spasm and stiffness of muscles, ligaments and tendons, it lubricates the joints, strengthen the spinal muscles and relives the joint pain especially back ache and stiff neck. Enhances peripheral blood circulation, cleanses the channels of circulation and expels the toxins through sweat.
5. ElAKKIZHI or Patrapotala Sweda
(Warm Herbal Leaf Compress)
This is an ancient Ayurvedic sudation therapy using numerous medicinal leaves (herbs). It induces perspiration within the affected area, which prompts the skin to eliminate wastes. Fresh leaves (ela) having vata pacifying properties make the herbal kizhis (bundles)treatment is one of the best Ayurvedic therapies that help people with back pain, joint pain, stiffness in the muscles, and muscle spasms and is very beneficial and can provide great relief for chronic sufferers. This therapy is one of the recommended Ayurvedic treatments for lower back pain, sciatica, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
6. SIRODHARA
(Body Massage & Stream of Medicated oil application on Head)
This is unique treatment of Ayurveda. It starts with a full body herbal oil massage for 30 minutes then the steady stream of Herbal oil or Medicated milk or Medicated butter milk to the fore head in specific pattern. This is an excellent therapy for mental relaxation, sleep disturbances, head aches, migraines hair problems and stress related aliments.
7. UDVARTHANAM
(Herbal Powder massage)
This is an excellent body nutritious treatment in Ayurveda. The treatment starts with a whole body massage with herbal oil for 30 minutes followed by a massage with Medicinal rice called “Navara” cooked in herbal medicines and milk then filled into bags these bags dipped in the milk and applied all over the body. This treatment nourishes the tissues, softens the skin, enhances the complexion, strengths the body muscles, and cures the stiffness of the joints.
8. NAVARAKKIZHI
(Medicinal Rice bag massage)
This is an excellent body nutritious treatment in Ayurveda. 9. PIZHICHIL
(Herbal Oil Bath)

This treatment is given for general weakness, arthritis paralysis etc. Pizhichil is carried out in a healthy person as a rejuvenation process.
10. KSHEERA DHARA
(Herbal Milk bath)
A steady stem of Luke warm medicated milk is continuously poured over the body from a traditional bronze vessel (Kindi) in a peculiar pattern while the body is simultaneously massaged. This treatment is well known for its effects on the skin toning and nourishment it softens the skin and improves the complexion and rejuvenates the skin.
11. AYURVEDIC SPINE CARE MASSAGES
(Traditional spine Massage)
Spine massage starts with an oil application of herbal oil massage to the whole spinal muscles followed by the application of warm herbal poultices to the whole spine region. Then there will be herbal oil bath for the whole spine region. This therapy helps to strengthen the spinal muscles reduces the spasm and stiffness of spinal muscles. 1. ANTI DANDRUFF TREATMENT
Specialized therapy in Ayurveda to clear the dandruff of the scalp. This includes a herbal oil massage for the scalp followed by a herbal steam then washing the head with special herbal extracts. Very effective treatment for dry scalp, dandruff, dermatitis of the scalp.
2. HAIR CARE TREATMENT
(Herbal Milk bath)
This is for the total hair care. This includes a scalp massage with hair rejuvenating Ayurvedic herbal oils followed by a traditional application of herbal paste to the scalp. Then hair is washed with herbal lather (Kind of herbal Shampoo). This treatment rejuvenated the hair with natural luster.
3. THALA POTHICHIL
(Herbal Head pack)
A special herbal paste made out of Gooseberry and herbal roots is applied on the head after giving a gentle head massage. Very effective for cooling, calming and soothing the mind. It helps to improve the memory and good for the overall nervous system.
4. KSHEERA DHOOMA
(Milk Steam bath)
This is fomentation with medicated cow’s milk. This treatment is good for the facial paralysis, speech disorders and other nervous disorders of the face.
5. NASYA & DHOOMA
(Nasal Drops & Stem)
First there will be herbal steam application to the head and face followed by 2- 10 drops of special potency herbal oil to the nose. This treatment is highly effective for certain kinds of headaches, sinusitis, facial paralysis, metal disorders, neck problems, allergic respiratory diseases etc
6. TALAM
(Herbal Head Pack)
Special herbal powder, or butter or milk cream potencies with medicines applying on the top of the head for 20-45 minutes. This treatment is effective for ENT Problems, Insomnia, Nervous problems, Migraines etc.
7. AYURVEDIC Beauty care

WHAT IS AYURVEDIC DIET ?
According to Ayurveda, five elements make up the universe
VAYU (Air)
JALA (Water)
AKASH (Space)
TEJA (Fire)
PRITHVI (Earth)
These elements are believed to form three different doshas, which are defined as types of energy that circulate within your body. Each dosha is responsible for specific physiological functions.
EXAMPLE:
The Pitta dosha controls hunger, thirst, and body temperature. Meanwhile, the vata dosha maintains electrolyte balance and movement, while the kapha dosha promotes joint function
The Ayurvedic diet is a component of Ayurveda and has been practiced for thousands of years. It’s based on determining your dominant dosha and eating specific foods to promote balance between all three doshas.
HOW IT WORKS ?
The Ayurvedic diet is a type of eating plan that sets guidelines for when, how, and what you should eat based on your dosha, or body type.
Here are some of the main characteristics for each dosha to help you determine which type matches you best:
Pitta (fire + water)
Intelligent, hard-working, and decisive. This dosha generally has a medium physical build, short temper, and may suffer from conditions like indigestion, heart disease, or high blood pressure.
Vata (air + space)
Creative, energetic, and lively. People with this dosha are usually thin with a light frame and may struggle with digestive issues, fatigue, or anxiety when out of balance.
Kapha (earth + water)
Naturally calm, grounded, and loyal. Those with a kapha dosha often have a sturdier frame and may have issues with weight gain, asthma, depression, or diabetes.

- Herbs and spices: bitter or astringent herbs like parsley, thyme, and coriander seed
